He holds a Masters Degree in Public and Development Management from the Wits Business School. He has extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, having assisted a number of local authorities with the management of their capital projects. He also has experience in the use of participatory methods, a skill which will be important in the management of consultative processes both amongst internal stakeholders and with external stakeholders. He has vast experience in producing communication strategies to be used by the various stakeholders within planned and approved development and infrastructure community projects sometimes aimed at specific target groups.
