Dumisani Dlamini

Managing Director

He holds a Bachelor of Education Degree from Avondale College in Australia, an Advanced Diploma in Labour Law and is currently completing an MPhil in Labour Law and Employment Relations with the University of Johannesburg. He specialises in the area of organisational development, human capital analysis & development as well as research and workplace learning.

He has also done extensive work of evaluation and impact assessments. He has successfully conducted assignments in both the public and private sector. Recently, these include evaluating the effectiveness of the Department of Foreign Affairs’ Foreign Service Institute, conducting a review and proposing a new structure for the Nelson Mandela Foundation’s 46664 and facilitating Nedbank South Africa’s Management Development Programme. He also has experience in the conduct of skills needs assessments, the development of learning curriculum and material and has a good understanding of the South African legislative framework.
